It is pretty much certain that the contrversial Section 66(A) of the IT Act needs to be amended in the wake of the recent developments. I agree with Rajesh sir's comments.
It is unconstitutional and is widely open to misinterpretation.
Youngsters will now be really cautious of what they post online !!!
