Dear All,
Please advise in case we want to convert existing subsidiary into wholly owned subsidiary, Can we transfer shares to two person on bhealf of its holding company and also please let me know the maximum share they can hold on behalf of the holding company.
Please share Board Resolution for converting exiting Private company into wholly owned subsidiary.
