who will deduct TDS
when bank auction the property of defaulted customer. then who will deduct tds and on which amout. bcz sale value is more then the default amount. bank will recover his amount and return the balance to customer. plz provide the correct answer.

may be the TDS Deduct to Customer & Balance paid to Bank.Because TDS Deduct is the amount on Total Sale value & TDS Deduct to the owner of property.
