Dear Ashutosh,
It is not mandatory to attest the examination form by your principal.
You can sign and attest the examination form by any practicing chartered accountant.

Dear Ashutosh
If your training is going on when u r filling the exam form, then u have to get the form signed by the principal... and if ur training is over while filing exam form.. u can get the form signed by any member/ gazetted officer..
In other words,
If u r givin Nov 10 attempt then u have to get the form signed by the Principal only.. but if u r giving May 11 attempt then u can get it signed by any member/ Gazetted Officer...
