who to retain the original deed?

Hi,,   I am dwelling in my Grand father's (late) house.. I have legal right to this house.

But house is not in my name. If i let out the house for fixed period of 3 years for lum sum amount of rs.50000/-

*  what is the denomination of stamp paper?

*who to keep the original document deed?

* How to terminate the agreement in between or end of agreement period?

Please explain.
