Who signs copy of resolution to be filed
The copy of resolutions to be filed (attached) with mca for form MGT 14 - can it be signed by managing director only or one director signature is also required along with managing director.

It depends on Board Resolution, whether director Is authorised or jointly with CS or Chairman, Generally Chairman/CS Signs the CTC of Resolutions field as attachment to MGT-14..
