In my opinion Student goin dummy is culprit...........India is jugaad country here u will find illegal way 4 everything so one has to think about dere welfare on their own...........

In My Opinion the student who is taking dummy, but one thing i will be sure that now a days the companies are looking for those who has done articleship genunely so if the person taking dummy is not able to answer the question asked by the interviewer. so i will advice each and every student to become perfect in the profession do articleship and enjoy the profession.if you do the artileship genunely we will get a confidence that we will achive any thing in the world,and enjoy the life no matter whether you qualified or not .

Ofcourse the student taking dummy articleship is a fool...as he himself has to think about his professional experience and knowledge..In a country like India, you will obviously get the chance to do dummy articleship but all it depends on the articled assistant which option he takes........but as far as culprit is concerned, qualified C.A giving dummy articelship is a culprit bcoz without his permission it wouldn't have been possible..!

Dear all
Although the member who initiated the discussion has asked not to reply if dont support a single thought. but i firmly believe that both are to be blamed . you need two to tango. and its a vicious cycle. CAs put the blame on articles that they are not willing to work, and articles put the blame on CAs. there may be e few persons who are resorting to such practices, but not all. A single spoon of wrong spices can spoil the whole recipe.

Both are Culpable
But the student who takes dummy should know that he is messing with his own future
and
he should know that dummy is not ethical. Member has little to lose, but student stands to lose a lot.
Student should think,
if after passing CA, this fellow has to make money by giving dummy, WTF for am i pursuing this course?
Student is the Bigger Culprit#

This does not absolve the member, it just makes him look less bad.
Opinion based on the assumption that "non-dummy" students may actually gain the benefit of their articleship.

According to Rules of Humanity,
No one among them is a culprit.....
B'cos..
A C.A giving dummy articleship to a student is doing a favour to the student in enjoying his youngster life...
and
An article taking dummy cannot be a culprit bcos as he may also take it due to some problems like financial problem in family, so he can better spend that time in working somewhere else and get paid higher!!!!!

Dear Ravi,
Its not a negative question but a serious issue...
Kindly do not advise others to close eyes, on such major issue, where from the initial stages CA students are becoming a part of corrouption , with due explotation of system by Qualified CA's....
Ur honest answer to the orignal question would be highly appreciated....
