My Husband is an NRI I & his had NRO joint account in India,my husband earned more than 2 lac bank intrest form FD\'s,no other income(he sending money to our joint A/C & me had FD\'S on his name by using NRO funds)we paid total 1.2 lac LIC\'s,1lac child(2) educaion,my question is who need to file IT returns my name or on my husband name ,on whcih ITR from to use?

The interest fetched on FD is financed by your husband so ITR has to be filed in the name of ur husband.
