suppose a CA find a error or mistake in book of account during tax audit of a particular company
so for that error who is responsible for that an accountant or proprietor ??
and what will be the punishment for that ...??
is there any rule ?
The Whole responsible by the Owner of the Firm as the time of CA find the mistake... Accountant is Just an Employee of the Firm. Many more time accountant follow instructions from Employer...
After find out the mistake then CA refer the solution and Short out the problem...
