Pls tell me which enterprises are required to file Form 88 for VAT Audit Report?

Dear Komal,
As per Karnataka VAT, if Taxable turnover is more than Rs.40 Lakh in the FY 08-09, VAT audit is applicable and from FY 09-10 taxable turnover has been replaced by total turnover.
