Dear All,
We are trading concern having daily almost 100 above invoices per day. What is the rule regarding signing in the GST invoice?I have heard today that, only Authorized signatory should sign in the GST Invoices.At present our Accountant sign in the GST invoice. Is is right under the act ? Please have your views.

How can we authorize him? But in the rule(just i googled now) its says authorized representative also can sign...

authorized representative can be sign. most of companies are sign digital signature. advise you take scan of authorized person sign and get auto print invoice sign. |  |
thanks for ur suggestion. In Tally for sign scan and autoprint, we dont have the option i think..Have to check it anyway
