Yes you shud consider E.cess on an estimated basis.

apply simple logic. why wont it be charged????/

it will be charged in case of all tax payment whatever the name it is given.

YES DEAR BOTH CESS I.E. EDUCATION CESS @ 2% AND HIGHER EDUCATION CESS @ 1% OF TAX SHOULD BE CHARGED
