Which TDS section applicable???

i deduct tds on solar installation charges. now under which section of tds i have to file tds return???

If there is contract then 194C

If it is considered as Technical service under Professional charges ,194J is applicable...

If there is no contract then you may consider under 194J if other conditions satisfied
