my company is a service provider.18% tax is levied on all outward service supply.
If my company purchase from unregistered dealer some stationery. what is the rate of tax we have to pay on reversal basis. I know some registered dealer for the same stationery charged 12% Whether my company will pay tax @ 18% or 12% get.

You ll be charge Tax for the items rate. Not change the rate. But, Stationary item have multiple tax rates like 5,12 &18. So, you can check it's rate then calculate tax under RCM basis....
