as far as reputation is concerned i m not at agree wid rohit.....U think Ca profes. is most reputed becoz ur in such profess. there are many profess. whc is reputated more that Ca...example are given by Mr. Banerjee...and in my opinion cA is not much challenging as IIT,MBBS, IIM(MBA).....
and as far as luck is concerned than i must say luck is required in every profess. even in opening for a pan shop..so luck is not a factor for make a profess. best or worst...

wat i feel z dese courses are tough at d time f their entrance..but once u enter u will make it through...but CA z incomplete till u clear ur last exam..wat u all say?

Definitely Currently CA Profession is best but day to day corruption is increase which affect adversely to it's reputation.

CAs hv opportunities only in accounting, auditing and taxation areas (You may find exceptions in other areas). There is whole big ocean outside it. And there is no denying of the fact that in this ocean outside those three areas, there are innumerable opportunities, some of which are far better than CA by any standards.
