my Turnover is upto 50lakh. and am file my GSTR-1 on quarterly basis. please suggest me which option is choose under new QRMP scheme.
whether go for quarterly 3b or monthly 3b. under which option I have Less cash outflow of Tax

If you have more B2B invoices in Month then it is better to opt in Monthly basis. Else you can proceed with QRMP scheme to minimize the monthly returns.
