Which option is best under QRMP Scheme for turnover upto 50lakh

my Turnover is upto 50lakh. and am file my GSTR-1 on quarterly basis. please suggest me which option is choose under new QRMP scheme.
whether go for quarterly 3b or monthly 3b. under which option I have Less cash outflow of Tax
