Dear All,
I have recieved 3 modules of Vinod Gupta relevant for May 14 exam. I wanted to know which Module would be better to start first or should I start from Module 1 itself as the author must have arranged these modules sequentially. Past readers of this book may please advise on how to start off DT self study using VG Mdules.

Cool. Thanks Kuldeep. Just hoping the book proves to be Self explanataory as others have mentioned before. People have told that VG Modules are the best in the market and are totally self-explanatory.
start with summary module and then solve sum from respective modules
Hi Amar. I have recieved only the first three modules so far...
Start reading with the 1st module. VG sir also teaches all the modules sequentially.
rather than studying module wise,it is better to study topic wise.start of with business or profession , if you have received that module.I guess it would be the 2nd module.then complete capital gains.In that case you would have completed two big topics which has reasonable weightage in the exam.
Cool. I guess i will start off Module wise only as Sir also teaches module wise as I have heard from others. Thanks evryone. But normally how many months do you think will it take to finish atlerast 1 reading of the 6 modules. Lets say i study like 5 hrs in a day for DT, how many months will I be able tio finish atleast once all the 6 modules?
start one to six one by one in sequence thoroughly, read every page, must do the past exam
questns after every topic.
after six modules do the summary twice.
it is about 1800 pages in six modules and 350 pages in summary module.
you can complete DT WITHIN TWO MONTHS EASILY.
ICAI ALSO ISSUES RECENT CASE LAW APPLICABLE FOR MAY AND NOV 14 EXAM MUST DO THEM.
must do the ICAI PRACTICE MANUAL.
