Which law reference book for IPCC?

Which is the best book for law  IPCC? I'm doing self study and my attempt is in may 2011. I want an easy to understand book.

Also, is ICAI module sufficient and if a reference book is required, which one? I have a month to complete entire law.

Since I'm doing self study and not coaching, I need to be able to understand the book. It must in simple language if possible.

Also Corporate law is the main subject which I need to study. Also how to study this reference book , along with ICAI module (if you are suggesting a reference book)?

Conceptual understanding is very important to me.

Thanks a lot in advance. I really appreciate your time and your suggestions.

Munish Bhandari is Best .. You can even look at MP Vijay Kumar or Paduka also.

From my experience i can tell,  For self study  ICAI materials not enough. i.e You cant Undestand the concepts easily. So go for refernce books.

All the Best.

KK AGRAWAL OF BHARAT Publications is the best book for CA-IPCC. No need to study from the module rather you should go for it's exercises given at the chapter end. Inspite of all this 10 years scanner is must:)

Agree with Pravinchandra sir....

I wud say go for Munish Bhandari...

I did Self study too..

complete reading chapter first from that book... then from compilations as due to repetition you will remember it for a long time..

Also don't forget to go through the rtp's of last three attempts..

hey thanks a lot friends....

So most of you have said Munish Bhandari.

Please could you tell me if it is easy to understand book, or is it difficult , espicially Company Law. i.e. is it written in an easy language that a person can understand.

Thanks your reply will be greatly appreciated.

Yes Munish Bhandari is in layman's language.....

Very easy to understand... and formatting of the book is also very good..(it is in tabular form)

So one can go for it...

Theory point of view, N.D.Kapoor is good to prefer

Practical point of view, G.K.Kapoor is good

Exam point of view, Paduka...

No idea about Munish Bhandari... Just heard from many friends that one can prefer this one also..

In my opinion and to the my best of my knowledge i may cleary explain you that Ashmeet sir law book is realy good though it is quite comprihensive but it can give a clear guide about the topic and not that in case of bhandari sir book as they give only a picture in ur mind as the case may be because we the CA students don't study for the exams but prepare for the future to get a long term benefit paper is like a time table we have to follow it nor we can obey it.
