I am planning to purchase a laptop so i want to know which laptop is better now in 25000 budugte with good configration...please someone suggest some best optipn like- hp, dell, sony etc...

Budget is 25000 and lightweight and run like software : win 8.1 operating system and many more software regarding web development...and New one.
