In Madhya pradesh adhyapak getting salary with payband, DA and NPS and professional tax are deducting but TDS deducted u/s 194C instead of 192

If form 16A is issued....
File ITR 4 under sec. 44AD.......
if there is employer and employee relationship, file ITR 1. also ask ur employer to rectify the tds return.
Employer is denying for rectification and IT department have sent a mail regarding arithmetic error in return filed comparing 26AS, what to do as income stated in 26AS is other than salary
file ur clarification regarding this , if u received notice u/s 143 1a
