Which ITR should be file in case of income from salary, divided, sale & purchase of securities?

My Taxpayer Information Summary (TIS) is as below:

1. Salary: ₹7.73 Lakh,

2. Divided: ₹133,

3. Sale of listed equity share: ₹2636,

4. Purchase of Securities: ₹1998.

Please let me know which ITR should I file?
