A person has rental income from Ola and also part time salary from different companies. He has also commision amount near about 7500.00 u/s 194D. Can he filed ITR1 or what return should be he prepared? please suggest.

You May File ITR RETURN 3 because you get rental income on commercial vehicles/Car I think it's like a proprietory income.

If I filed all income in the Other source of Income mentioning three reason a) Part time Salary, b) rental income from car and c) commission income in ITR1, there will be any problem or any legal offence, please reply

By showing all 3 income under head other sources ,you are not avoiding your income from tax liability. At the most you may receive defective return notice which you have to comply with at that time.
