If its salary.........ITR 1
If as consultancy.........ITR 3

If you are getting salary for doing part time accounting and have an employer employee relationship, your income will come under the head salary and you can file ITR1

If you are in your first year of articleship, for transfer you only need to get Form 109, signed by your favour.

User should register as a Legal Heir to e-File on behalf of the deceased. Deceased person’s PAN and Legal Heir’s PAN should be registered in the e-Filing portal.
