I am a salaried person but this year I also earned some additional income by providing freelance web design services to some foreign clients. My total income from salary plus freelance services is 9 Lakh. My Question is: Which ITR form should I use while filing my ITR and in which column do I add my freelance income ?

Declare Freelance income under professional income u/s. 44ADA ...... file ITR 4 for No Accouts case.......... Otherwise........ ITR 3
