20 April 2011Which ITR forms need to be filed by service providers like - Dhaba owners, Tailors, Scooter Repair Mechanics etc. Whether they can get benefit of Sec. 44AD in A.Y. 2011-12 and declare income above Rs. 1,20,000.00, without maintaining books of accounts. Also in new form "Sugam" can one declare income more than 8%?

Yes. The above mentioned assessees can show their income more than 8% in the ITR Sugam.
