Which itr form to be filed
For first quarter, I worked in the company for which i have form 16, and for rest of the period, I worked in the software company as a contracter and in this contracting period, I didn't revcieve form 16. I am an engineer. Please suggest me which itr should I file for AY 20-21

In working in software company did you receive salary or earn through contract base
You can file itr 4.....
In software company, I revived salary, but they didn't give me form 16, on asking, they told me to file return in a capacity of contract agreement
Shiva sir I think we can file ITR-1 also by combining form 16 salary and salary received from software company
Yes you can, but apne account ko thik rakhne ke liye itr 4 file karo...
