A person has salary income as well as professional income in u/s 194jb. Can he file ITR1 ? If he shown professional income as other income there will be any problem? He has refund which shown in 26AS u/s 194jb.

ITR-4 or Sugam
Professional income according to presumptive income scheme under section 44ADA. Income from salary or pension up to Rs.50 lakh.
