Tds deducted under both sec.194 C & 194 Jb. Amount of Income received only Rs.49718.
In which ITR form, I should file the return ITR- 3/ ITR -4 or I can choose any one from these 2 options.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you may have income from business or profession, making ITR-3 is the more appropriate choice.

The assesse had not mentioned source of income and other details.

Assessee has mention 194c ie contract business and 194jb that means he is having professional income also... that's y I suggested itr 3.
