I have following sources of income
Pension~ 130000/yr
Bank interests~ 15000/yr
Tuition income~ 75000/yr
Whether ITR-1/ ITR-2/ ITR-3 will be applicable in my case for AY 2009-10?

i think ITR-4 should be filed in case of income from tution income, it represents income from business & profession.

You have to file ITR-4, you can cliam the expenses on stationery, books, board, furniture-depreciation etc. in respect of tuition income.

I think Yes ITR 4 is correct form as it Includes Salary/Pension Details , Income from Other Sources ,& Business Income .

ITR-4 is to be used for this fiiling of return just only because of Tution Fees......
