Which ITR form and tax

Dear friends,

Can you let me know which ITR form will be used for "Person who is individual and earning commission on property dealing" ?

There was commission TDS u/s 194H @ 5% but he didn't deposit any tax in 2019-20.

Can I deposit TDS/income tax at the time of filling ITR.?
