For Individuals being a Resident, having Income from Salaries, One House Property, Other Sources (Interest etc.), can file his/her IT return in form ITR 1 online.

As you have Income of "Only one House property" than you can File ITR 1.
But if you have a income from "more than one House" than you are required to file return in ITR 2.
