I have received commission from one company under 194H.
which ITR I should use.
if ITR 3, it is asking for some balance sheet and P and L account. I don't have anything like that.
pls suggest

but what is your main source of income if you received only commission then count ITR 1

then you should file itr1 and count commission as ifos
