One of assessee getting honorarium for working as guest faculty in govt institute, also working as insurance agent... Which ITR applicable to him?

Honorarium Income - Show under other sources
Insurance Agent - Business Profession
ITR - 3 to be filed

Yes, ITR 3 is applicable in your case....
