which itr form ? I will file for cash gift transfer through bank from my father and sister

Up to 50,000 gift is exempted... if taking more than that...whole amount will be taxable & income from other sources to be considered . ITR form depends on your income sources.. . if your salaried individual you can file ITR-1....
