Which ITR for commission

sir if I have salary income and some income as commission from insurance agent apprx 30K then which itr to be filed.

you will go with ITR -1 or ITR-2 (your commission income is not substantial and doesn't fall under the category of a business or profession)

But sir intially i have filed ITR 1 and got the notice u/s 139(9)

Apprx 12 lakh from salary and some 30K from commission

If TDS u/s. 194H has been deducted file ITR 3.

Itr is based on source and gross total income
