A person have salary income and also earning income from other sources other than bank fd interest and lottery then which itr to be filed?

Hi,

ITR 1 should be filed by the assessee having income under the head salary, income under the head House Property (single house) and/or income under the head Other Sources.

ITR 2A should be filed by the assessee having income under the head salary, income under the head House Property (more than 1 house) and/or income under the head Other Sources including brought forward losses.

ITR 2 should be filed by assessee having income under the head salary, income under the head House Property (more than 1 house), income under the head capital gains and/or income under the head Other Sources including brought forward losses.

As per the case provided by you, the assessee shall file ITR 1.
