I am Salaried person having Form No.16 ,as well as i have tution income so which ITR i have to file ITR 1 or ITR4S???

As u r not exclusively takin tutions u should go for ITR-1 and show income from tution under the head other sources

Hello Archana, Let me knw as i have I-TAX tripta software ,so in which box i shud reflect in Other Sources???

Do not know which options are available in the software. But it is better if you use the Excel utility of ITR-1 available at incometax website. There you just need to fill up the amount in income from other sources.

ITR 1 is applicable fr u... fill up the tution income in IOS column....
