I am self emplyed with Gross income of 3.5 lacs which form ITR-3 and ITR-4 SUGUM?

please specify - it is business income or professional income
You can file ITR 4 either under 44AD or under 44ADA -- subject to conditions
if you are holding unlisted shares or you are a director in any company then ITR 3 is compulsory.
