Me a student of PCC and CS Executive programme and I want to know which is the Best book for Company law which serves for both exams....?

Simply refer Munish Bhandari for CA and CS along with Bare Act.
Also download some law notes from my profile.

Agree with Ankur, Munish Bhandari is best book for corporate law.

Munish Bhandari without any second thought.
But then If u r good in Compnay Law then go for the handbook along with bare act
and if not the for detail study go the full version of the book.

Hi Dear
If u leave in Delhi than try to arrange Book of Sangeet Kedia for Company Law. Its sufficient for Company Law and also refer Bare Act.
