Both are important. But start with Ind AS.

I my recommend that you understand IFRSs first. This helps you get global perspective, and it is easier to understand local perspective (Indian scenario) later. Further, it has a global acceptance. IND-AS has no relevance in present situation.

You can learn IND-AS through IFRSs. There is a need to understand which accounting standards are relevant to your industry / business / job. Also, a comparison can / should be made between IFRSs which are easier or difficult to grasp.
Even today, there are 240 plus specific jobs on IFRS & not IND-AS (going upto a package of INR 20 lac and above), but few takers, just by not realising the potential of IFRS.
You may reach out for free sample videos by our faculty by registering yourself on below page:

Feel free to raise specific issues you may come across on IFRS.

As per my experience and observation, participants who are at a strategic position and are a middle to senior level resourse in their company prefer to go for IND-AS.
And those who are at a junior minority have been going for IFRS.
