Go for DELL or Sony Vio....both are good and within your budget.
I would give one extra mark to DELL for better after sales service.

In my opinion you should take a look on toshiba laptops first.....according to your budget it suits best for you and i am personally using it from a long time and don't have any kind of problem with that.

Sir ji, there are no best or poor brand. All brands giving almost similar products, but even you can choose by comparing following things.
(1) Your basic requirement.
(2) Comparitive prices (check on www.mysmartprice.com)
(3) Consumer reviews on different websites.
(4) After sell services terms and conditons.
(5) Warrenty etc.
Don't expend too much amount for additional graphics card etc. as its generally useless for CA community.
