Dear Expertz,

pl clarify the below;

As per present Excise rules we are using the following forms inaddition to the Rule 11 Invoice when goods removed for Export/Deemed Export.

1) ARE1

2) ARE3

What formats are there in GST-Exports pl clarify at the earliest.

in my opinion u have to fulfill e-way bill,tax invoicing requirement specifically for export . do follow the link to check all requirements of invoicing

in case of export , the invoice shall carry an endorsement SUPPLY MEANT FOR EXPORT ON PAYMENT OF IGST or SUPPLY MEANT FOR EXPORT UNDER BOND OR LETTER OF UNDERTAKING WITHOUT THE PAYMENT OF IGST as the case may be and shall contain details regarding Name and address of the recipient Address of delievery Name of country of destination Name and date of application for removal of goods for export
