One of the my Assessee having professional income (u/s 194J) upto November in one company and thereafter she joined in another company as emplolyee (She have form 16A and form 16 for the finanacial year 2011-12). Which ITR shall i use for the AY 2012-13 and is there any expenses allowable under professional income.

Dear,
as per my view, go for ITR 1 or ITR 2 Take salary & For Professional Income considered it under Income From Other Source. u can claim expenses u/s 57 (i.e. expenses incurred to earn other income )
