28 February 2010Which finance Act 2009 or 2010 applicable 4 NOV '10 CA Final Indirect Taxes(Service Tax, Excise, Custom) becoz all notification upto 30th april is relevant for NOV exam ?

Finance Act 2010 will be applicable for Nov exam in case of Indirect tax as the amendment for excise and custom has been implemented from 27/02/2010, thats why.

Finance Act 2009 is only applicable for November 2010 exams....as Finance Bill2010 became Finance Act 2010 on 8th May 2010....8 days after the cut off date for November 2010 exams(which is 30th April 2010).....but all "notifications" issued upto 30th April 2010 would be applicable for November 2010 exams.

FINANCE ACT 2009( PART 2) IS APPLICABLE FOR NOV 2010 AS AMENDED UPTO 30.04.2010
this amendment does not mean new finance bill it only means the relevant changes through circulars,notifications and different views held by the courts in finance bill 2009
I dont knw when people do not knw properly why they misguide others!
