Which dates needs to be mentioned in exam form regarding articleship

Hi,

I have a doubt regarding filling the CA Final exam form. I have completed my articleship which was transfer. Now, in exam form, i am asked to mention Articleship start date and end date. Should I mention the entire period or the 2nd articleship period. Kindly assist me on the same.
