has increased the importance of Chartered Accountants .
so..........I suggest you to go with CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT COURSE.
SIDE-BY-SIDE........
u can also pursue CS by FILL FORM 112 with ICAI......

While purusing CS; you should have interest in various laws.
After completion of CS; you have to issue corporate compliance certificate which is given only when you satisfy yourself that all the legal requirements have been complied with by the company.
