22 January 2016One candidate qualified CA group wise in 2 attempts.. Other failed both groups in 1st attempt and qualified both groups at a time in 2nd attempt.. Now is there any difference between these 2 candidates when appering interviews?
They will prefer 2nd candidate as he/ she qualified both groups at a time?? Please help me

As per my experience
It is based on Company Policy and Selection panel thought,
Most of the company looking subject Knowledge & Communication skills from the candidate.
especially CA, CMA ,CS
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
