I have completed my CA Final Coaching. I also have my CS Professional Attempt due in June 2017. Which books should I refer for studying ?

FOR FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT you may refer M.Y. Khan or R.P. Rustagi.

For Company Law, Secretarial Audit, Drafting, Ethics and Corporate Restructuring:- CS Anoop Jain.

For Elective subject- Refer Module of ICSI.
