Saxena & Vashist is the best book for clearing concepts in Costing both at PCC and Final level.
For practice, refer institute compilation.

For theory read Compilation and RTP.
For Problems go for Vashist and saxena... book. For selection of book is simple. go to book store pick different books of Cost mgmt and study the topic which u feel little bit tough and not understood sofar. The book which give great clarity of ur tough topic which ur looking for then go for that book. It will build Positiveness towards that book and u will enjoy reading and understanding.
But for presentation of those concepts in exams is skill which u need to develop by solving Compilation Problems.
