now icai has released practice manuals for all subjects... for examination point of view.. our institute practice manuals is morethen sufficient... as far as i concern... rather than going for bazaar materials.. you can follow institute's pracitce manuals... for costing & FM, Acounts both groups... for theory subjects also..... if you are very much interested to learn and acquire conceptual knowledge in costing then my suggestion will be COLLIN DRURY the best ever book for costing....

MODULE & COMPILER OF ICAI IS ENOUGH....THE CORRECT STRATEGY WOULD BE ------
FIRST OF ALL SOLVE MODULE THOROUGHLY,THEREAFTER PRACTICE COMPILER ISSUED BY ICAI.... EVEN THEN IF YOU HAVE SUFFICIENT TIME LEFT THEN REFER PADHUKA FOR COSTING & ASHISH KALRA FOR FM.......
BUT AT THE TIME OF EXAMS RESTRICT YOURSELF TO COMPILER & MODULE OF ICAI.
